When you drop your phone in the toilet and just know that you like him. That’s when Amy knew she was falling in love with Olli.

The creative and witting Registered Nurse, Amy, married German teacher, Olli, on June 15, 2019 in Battle Lake, Minn.

The ceremony was to be held outdoors at Amy’s family lake cabin. However, even the rain that morning couldn’t keep the two from saying “We do.” At the last moment, the rain turned into a light sprinkle for the ceremony and even brought out a rainbow during the reception.

From traditional Norwegian wedding cake and pizza to handsome puppies and dance songs, this wedding made the 2019 books. Oh, did we mention cake eating contests and Norwegian camp songs too?
